SPANISH FRIDAY: Payasos, Arañas y Ratas, Oh, My!

Arena de Maine | Maine sand :-)

ENGLISH:

¿Que piensan de estos imagenes?

ESPAÑOL :-) :

Friends, its been a while since I've written anything in Spanish. I fell out of my routine when Mom moved to California in December, leaving me without anybody to practice. I need to get back into it!

I've spent the last couple of weeks "unplugged." Truthfully, after the week I had at school with the stress leading up to my presentation (that I survived :) and the Bootcamp at work, it was a though my brain melted. Finally feeling normal, again.

Okay ... so the purpose of this post ...

There's an amusement park near where we're staying that gives me a serious case of the heebie-jeebies. Every time we go there I feel as though I'm in a Stephen King Novel. :p

What do you think of these images?

Handsome, no?

Dump the Ump

Spider Stompin'

Cut the Cheese ... need I say more?

  1. I love the pic of your toes in the sand. Carnivals have always creeped me out somewhat. That payaso pic is scary! Glad things have calmed down for ya a little. xoxo!

    1. Tara, thank you! I have a nephew who's grown now who loves clowns. In fact, his bedroom growing up had a curio cabinet FILLED with clown figurines. I could never go in that room when I visited! *lol*

  2. The fist pic looks like the muddy sand would probably be super great for the skin.

I think the rest of the photos are cool not scary. lol Reminds me of my favorite Ray Bradbury movie = Something Wicked this Way Comes :)

I wish I was with you so I could creep you out with my scary stories. heehee

    1. Letty, what's funny is that I thought of you when I saw the spider with the electric guitar! First thought that came to mind was: Letty would think that cartoon is funny. Hey, you'll get a chance, soon, to creep me out. :p You know, it's kind of weird that I'm obsessed with vampires and zombies but can't deal with spiders and clowns. What's that all about???

  4. Your toes in the sand look very relaxing...I can almost hear the ocean. Aaahhhh...

But the rest? Maybe I watched Poltergeist too many times as a kid because clowns and clown dolls still freak me out. (I've totally dated myself here because the generation after me always sites Stephen King's "It" as the reason for their fear of clowns!) That does not look like a fun amusement park at all! Looks like a true house of horrors that would haunt my dreams. I'm with you: I love zombies and vampires, but can't handle spiders or clowns. CREEPY :-0
