JUST FOR FUN: Cutest Continuing Ed Catalog Cover, Ever! ; D

"Don't Get Tied Down."

I'm on the mailing list for a couple of continuing education centers in the area and this Assabet After Dark Fall 2011 catalog cover has got to be the most creative one I've received, yet. Love it. Makes me want to try reading Gulliver's Travels, again, a book I had a hard time getting into as a youngster (and no wonder, come to find out it was published in 1726!).

  3. It is so cool you posted this. My husband and I were talking about Gulliver's Travels last night. We had rented the movie (i know, we had to dumb it down a bit... LOL) and I was telling him it was based on a book. Then he started asking me tons of questions about the book.... of course which I had no answer to. But now, I know the year it was written in! Thanks Ezzy! Hugs!!
    (cool cover!)

  5. Ay, Tara! You crack me up. There's no dumbing down in seeing the movie. Can I tell you something, though? I so totally did not like my first attempt at reading it that now 30+ years later, I can't even bear the commercials for the movie. I really need to revisit it to see what exactly about it didn't appeal to me. Ironically, at around the same age, I read Pride and Prejudice AND LOVED IT. Go figure. *shrugs*

Helena, hola. I can't decide. They have loads of cooking classes that look interesting. I remember once taking a "Hypnotism" workshop through The Cambridge School for Adult Education that actually worked. I'll let you know if I do. :D
