Me hizo enojar!

Ezzy,
ReplyDeleteI can't help myself. I am ahead. I get so into what I'm reading and can't put it down. Yep, Esperanza is definitely consentida but it's not her fault. Wait until she gets to the USA and her mom starts work.... her eyes are starting to open for sure! This is a GREAT book! I'm so glad I won it on your giveaway, because I would have never picked it up and tried to read it.
I keep looking at what I've read and look at how much I have to go and keep thinking..... "there has to be more! I want to know EVERYTHING about Esperanza and her mom's life! Why isn't this book thicker?" LOL
GREAT GREAT BOOK!
Tara, I'm glad you're loving it! I wonder if there's a sequel in the works? Let's keep exercising those Spanish muscles. : ) This project has been totally worth the effort just for the vocabulary I'm picking-up. Thinking about putting up some flash cards for the one's we've highlighted so far. As for Esperanza, I was so disappointed in her attitude. Especially when her mami made the yarn doll for that little girl. A ver que pasa! Well, actually, you already know! No me digas nada. *LOL* Melones ... Un abrazo, amiga.
