    Read and commented as well. I had seen The Freedom Riders just recently on PBS. I know my husband and I are forever greatful for the bravery of those people....

    Tara, thank you commenting on the post, amiga. The PBS piece was quite the history lesson for my husband and I, as well. A wonderful example of what a small group of passionate people can accomplish. It's applicable to so many of the issues we face in our country today. What we lack is unity.
